  1. Set up and maintain all audio and visual equipment for events and meetings.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with audio and video systems.
  3. Collaborate with event planners and other staff to ensure seamless execution of audio and visual needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest audio and visual technology and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  5. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on audio and video equipment.
  6. Create and maintain inventory of all audio and video equipment.
  7. Train and mentor other staff members on proper use and operation of audio and video equipment.
  8. Ensure all audio and visual setups are in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  9. Assist in setting up and operating live streaming and recording equipment for virtual events.
  10. Maintain a professional and customer-oriented attitude at all times when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  11. Proactively identify and report any potential issues or concerns with audio and visual equipment.
  12. Continuously strive to improve audio and visual experiences for guests through regular evaluation and feedback.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.
  14. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of audio and visual needs.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use.
