We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team based in Chicago, IL.

 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Entering plans into WideOrbit
  • Processing allocations, flighting and move requests
  • Preparing all order letters in order to enter deals into the respective systems Sending outtraffic instructions and track down tapes
  • Maintaining outlists and cut-off times for their respective Account Directors
  • Sending flowcharts and log times to agencies
  • Resolving discrepancies with agency assistants/buyers and negotiating makegoods
  • Managing booked business and key accounts
  • Developing strong relationships with agency assistants and buyers
  • Supporting Account Directors on all aspects of deal management

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration orRelated
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Have an interest in a career in sales
  • Strong written, math, oral communication and computer skills
  • Internship or work experience in a sales environment a plus

 

 

 

The base compensation for this position is $47,500 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
