Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, you are the heavy lifter of the facility. You will operate high-reach equipment to replenish inventory and move massive pallets of bulk goods throughout the reserve racking systems.

  • High-Reach Operations: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and turret trucks to retrieve or stow pallets in racking systems up to 40 feet high.
  • Inventory Replenishment: Lower bulk inventory from reserve storage down to active pick bins so that ground-level associates can access products seamlessly.
  • Safety Auditing: Conduct rigorous daily pre-trip and post-trip mechanical inspections of your machinery, tethering off with safety harnesses when working at height.
